You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment date you may be charged a fee.

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Yes, either as a service on its own, or as a part of your regular home cleaning experience. If you want it cleaned, we will just about clean anything we are asked to.

Yes there will be a fee. For residential cleaning services, a cancelled appointment less that 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a $20 charge. For other services, a cancelled appontment less than 24 hours from the scheduled start time will result in a charge of 1/2 the cost of services that were to be provided.
